SMS Photo Request Service · Effective Date: August 2, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SMS photo-request service ("Service") operated by VocalLogic on behalf of its business clients.
Description of Service
When you call one of our clients for a quote or service request and agree to receive a text message, the Service sends you a one-time SMS asking you to reply with photos of the relevant job site. You may reply with photos (MMS), reply DONE when finished, or simply not respond.
Consent
By verbally agreeing during your phone call to receive this text message, you consent to receive the messages described in this document. Consent is obtained on a per-request basis — it is not stored for future, unrelated messaging.
Message Frequency
Up to three messages per request: one initial request and up to two reminders if there is no reply. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP at any time to a message from this Service to opt out immediately — no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected].
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of text messages, which depends in part on your carrier and device.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
