When you call one of our clients and agree to receive a text message, we collect your phone number, name (if provided), and any photos or details you send in response to that text.
How We Use Your Information
Your phone number and the photos you send are used solely to fulfill the specific quote or service request you made during your call. This information is shared only with the business you contacted (our client) — it is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Message Frequency
You will receive one initial text message requesting photos, and up to two reminder messages if you have not responded. No recurring or marketing messages are sent.
